Format:

LPGA will conduct an 18-hole stroke play Local Qualifying Round (LQR) to determine two (2) qualifiers. Each qualifier will receive an automatic exemption directly into the main competition of the applicable Tournament.

Ranking of Entries:

The total number of entries will be determined by LPGA. With the exception of the CPKC Local Qualifying Round, amateurs are not permitted to enter except by Sponsor Invite in #1 below. Entries and Tournament Entries Lists are preliminary until after the Entry Close Deadline for each tournament.

The field will be filled in the following order:

Three (3) Sponsor Invites as determined by the Tournament sponsor.
LPGA Members ranked in order of the 2025 LPGA Priority List as of the Commitment Deadline for the respective Tournament.
Epson Tour Professional Members ranked in order of the 2025 Epson Tour Priority List as of the Commitment Deadline for the respective Tournament.
LPGA Professionals Class A or Class B Members in the order of entries received.
PGA of America Members in the order of entries received.
All other female professionals in the order of entries received.

Eligibility Requirements:

All participants must satisfy the eligibility requirements outlined in the LPGA Regulations. These include, but are not limited to:

Anti-Doping Protocol: Participants must comply with the LPGA Anti-Doping Program criteria specified in the LPGA Anti-Doping Protocol, including obtaining approval for a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) if using a prohibited substance.

Gender Eligibility Criteria: Participants must meet the gender eligibility criteria specified in the LPGA Gender Policy for Competition Eligibility, as amended from time to time.

Important Deadlines. To ensure timely approval, applications should be submitted well in advance of thee deadlines below to allow for review prior to the applicable tournament.

Anti-Doping TUE Applications: Processing takes a minimum of 45 days.

Gender Eligibility Applications: Processing takes a minimum of 60 days.

Entry Procedure:

Entries for each Local Qualifying Round listed below will open six weeks prior to the tournament. All entries will be taken through the LPGA Portal App (also referred to as the LPGA Player Portal). Players without a Portal account can use the links below to download the app and create an account. Entry fees will be charged to the credit card account on file at the close of entries.

Entry Fees:

LPGA Tour Members, Epson Tour Professional Members and LPGA Professionals Class A or Class B Members — $200
Sponsor Invites — $230 (except as above)
PGA of America Members and all other female professionals — $500

Payment Information:

Entry fees will be charged to the Player’s credit card on file in the Player Portal at 5:00 p.m. ET on the Friday immediately preceding the Local Qualifying Round.
Entry fees for an Alternate who gains entry will be charged at the time she becomes eligible to play.
Each alternate is responsible for removing her name once she decides not to travel and before gaining entry into the field.

Refund Policy:

If there is no Alternate List for the Local Qualifying Round, and a Player withdraws after the entry deadline, she will receive a refund less a $50 administrative fee.
If there is an Alternate List for the Local Qualifying Round, and a Player withdraws from the field after the entry deadline, or after gaining entry from the Local Qualifying Round Alternate List, there will be no refund.
An LPGA Member withdrawing from the Local Qualifying Round after gaining entry into the associated LPGA tournament field from the tournament Alternate List will be refunded fully.
A Player who is disqualified under Rule 5.3a will forfeit the entry fee.
A Player who misses her tee time will forfeit the entry fee.
A Player who withdraws, is withdrawn, or is disqualified after teeing off will forfeit the entry fee.
