The hometown hero. Lorie Kane went out in style at this year’s CN Canadian Women’s Open as she posted a five-under par 67 in Sunday’s final round. Kane finished the tournament at 5-under par in a tie for 11th. The entire country of Canada was behind her the entire week and local fans came out to support her in swarms. Kane expressed her gratitude to her fellow Canucks saying, “it doesn't matter, win, lose or draw I had the support of the Canadian fans, and that means a lot to me.”
