Career

In 2008, carded her third career LPGA hole-in-one during the first round of the Safeway International Presented by Coca-Cola and her fourth career LPGA hole-in-one during the second round of the U.S. Women’s Open.

In 2006, recorded a season-best tie for eighth at the Franklin American Mortgage Championship benefiting the Monroe Carell, Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, where she went 54 consecutive holes without a bogey; recorded the second hole-in-one of her LPGA career in the opening round of the CN Canadian Women’s Open.

In 2005, recorded season-best finish at The Mitchell Company Tournament of Champions presented by Kathy Ireland Worldwide where she tied for 22nd.

In 2004, gave birth to her first child, daughter Phildine Pearl; returned to the Tour in May; season-best finish was a tie for fourth at the Wendy’s Championship for Children.

In 2003, recorded her first major victory at the Kraft Nabisco Championship; carded a career-low 63 in the second round of the ShopRite LPGA Classic, where she tied for sixth; crossed the $1 million mark in career earnings at the U.S. Women’s Open; had a perfect 2-0-0 record for the victorious European Solheim Cup Team.

In 2002, became the third Rolex First-Time Winner of the season with her win at the State Farm Classic, where she became the event’s sixth consecutive first-time winner; finished fourth at the season-ending ADT Championship; recorded the first hole-in-one of her LPGA career during the final round of the Mobile LPGA Tournament of Champions Presented by Ultimate Software.

In 2001, recorded two top-10 finishes, including a tie for sixth at both the Kathy Ireland Championship Honoring Harvey Penick and the State Farm Classic.

In 2000, won the French Open and Austrian Open on the Ladies European Tour (LET) and was a member of the victorious European Solheim Cup Team; qualified for the LPGA Tour by tying for 27th at the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament to earn non-exempt status for the 2001 LPGA season.

In 1994, turned professional and began competing on the LET; won the 1994 English Open, 1997 Irish Open and 1998 Air France Open.

Amateur
