With 36-holes to go coming into Sunday’s round, seven players made huge pushes to boost their chances of competing on the LPGA Tour in 2025.

Two players shot 10-under, including fourth-round leader Chisato Iwai. Iwai, who began her day tied for second. Teeing it up for the first time at LPGA Final Qualifying, Iwai made her second start on the Crossings Course. She got off to a hot start, recording birdies on three of her first five holes. She would add one more on No. 8 before making the turn at 14-under. Iwai made two big runs on the back-nine recording birdies on Nos. 11 through 13 and Nos. 16 through 18 to end 20-under.

“So shot is feeling -- shot was feeling good and putter was feeling good, so overall just feeling good,” Iwai said about her game today. “And sometimes no on the green, but nice save, so I had -sorry, chipping was feeling good.”

2024 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship runner-up Miyu Yamashita shot a week-low 9-under to situate herself in solo-second. The 13-time JLPGA Tour winner carded six-straight birdies on Crossings to start her day and ended up recording a birdie on seven of the nine holes on the front. She added two more on the back-nine to end 19-under. Joining her in the top-three is France’s Pauline Roussin-Bouchard. Roussin-Bouchard recorded nine birdies and one bogey in her fourth round of play to get her to 18-under overall and solo-third.

“I just have to take care of myself outside the golf course and I'm good on the golf course,” Roussin-Bouchard said about how she prepares for the longer week. “I just stuck to that. If it means working out a lot and be maybe, I don't know, 85% physically, then it might mean that I might be 150% mentally. So I just stuck to that. It's even better that I have someone to help me with the recoveries and make it even smoother, so, yeah.”

Three others round out the top-five including 54-hole leader Yu Liu who shot a fourth-round 69 and finds herself in solo-fourth. Gigi Stoll and Manon De Roey are both tied for fifth with 18-holes remaining at 15-under. Overall, 67 players made the cut at 2-over or better including a pair of major champions in Sophia Popov and Pernilla Lindberg. Heading into tomorrow’s final round, there are 30 players currently at T25 or better and would earn membership for the 2025 LPGA Tour season.
