Building on the success of the “See Why It’s Different Out Here” campaign, the LPGA launched two new commercials Thursday. The spots demonstrate the growing competition on Tour and the excitement building ahead of this year’s Solheim Cup.
“We’re excited to roll out two new brand spots showcasing how the bar has been raised on the LPGA, and setting up the passion and drama of the upcoming Solheim Cup in Germany in September,” said Jon Podany, the LPGA’s Chief Commercial Officer. “Fans have a lot to look forward to over the next few months as the best players in the world compete in four majors and the Solheim Cup.”
The LPGA worked with Rich Tlapek and Kent Simon of the agency, Divot, in the production of the two spots. Beginning Thursday, “Raising the Bar” and “Solheim Cup” will air on Golf Channel during LPGA programming as well as other programs on the network.
