WASHINGTON – Today, on National Golf Day, Congresswoman Louise M. Slaughter (D-NY) introduced a resolution to commemorate both the Professional Golf Association (PGA) and Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) Championships being held in the Rochester area this summer. The 95th PGA Championship will be held from August 5-11 at Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, NY, the region’s oldest and most challenging course which has played host to events such as the Ryder Cup, the Senior Open Championship, and two previous PGA championships.
