New for the 2024 season, all tickets to LPGA Tournaments are now digital and can be accessed via your mobile device through the SeatGeek App or browser. Download the app to access, purchase, and easily manage your tickets.
SETUP YOUR ACCOUNT
The easiest way to manage, transfer and access your tickets is through the SeatGeek app.Download the app today to setup an account and be ready to manage your tickets.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED TICKETS:
- Open the SeatGeek app on your mobile device or browser.
- Log in to your SeatGeek account with the same email you used to purchase tickets.
- In the app, click the tickets tab (middle tab) on the bottom of the screen. If you are accessing SeatGeek via a browser, your events will populate on the screen. If they do not, click on the “My Events” tab.
- Click on the event you are trying to access to the view the ticket barcode to be scanned.
IF YOU HAVE NOT YET PURCHASED TICKETS:
- Log into your SeatGeek account or if you have not yet created an account, click sign up and fill out the required information.
- Select the event you would like to attend.
- Select the ticket type you would like to purchase. (Ex: General Admission, Hospitality, etc.)
- Select the quantity of tickets you would like to purchase. Once you have selected your ticket quantity, press Continue.
- If you would like to select an add-on (junior ticket, donation, etc.), please do so on this screen or select Skip.
- Add your payment and contact information. Press Purchase and complete your payment.
- After completing your purchase, you can view your tickets in the Tickets tab (middle tab) on the bottom of the screen.
HOW TO TRANSFER YOUR TICKETS
- Open the SeatGeek app on your mobile device or browser.
- Log in to your SeatGeek account with the same email you used to purchase tickets.
- Below the ticket(s) barcodes you would like to transfer, click send.
- Type in the phone number or email address of the recipient you would like to transfer tickets too.
- Click Send Ticket and your ticket(s) will be on the way.
HOW TO ACCESS AND RECEIVE TRANSFERRED TICKETS
Via Email
- You will receive an email from SeatGeek that you have been sent a ticket with the name of the recipient who is sending the ticket.
- Click on the Accept Ticket Button.
- This will open a new screen with a button that also says Accept Ticket.
- Click on that button. Your ticket has now been accepted.
- To access your ticket, you can view your tickets in the Tickets tab (middle tab) on the bottom of the screen.
Via Text Message
- You will receive a text from SeatGeek that you have been sent a ticket with the name of the recipient who is sending the ticket.
- Click on the Accept Ticket Button.
- This will open a new screen with a button that also says Accept Ticket.
- Click on that button. Your ticket has now been accepted.
- To access your ticket, you can view your tickets in the Tickets tab (middle tab) on the bottom of the screen.
