Judy Rankin: I'm with Betsy King today and she's one of the all time good ball strikers in women's golf. She's got a tip for you on the mechanics of the swing.

Thanks Judy. This is a drill I often do at night in my hotel room.

I take an empty golf ball box. I put one hand on each side. I get in the address position. I am working on making a good shoulder turn back and keeping my arms together and then also folding my right elbow down. Sometimes I have a tendency to get my right elbow down like many of you and this drill helps me to fold that arm down and then come back to impact with the box facing the ball.

Now I take the club and try to get that same feel again, keeping the club in my hand.

Judy Rankin: Good shot. Remember if you can find a good position at the top of your back swing, you will be a much more consistent golfer.
